An algorithm for constructing an adaptive control subsystem, software modules of the adaptive control subsystem has been developed and a software implementation of their interaction as part of a software system that simulates an external power system is considered.
On the basis of the developed models and algorithms, a universal software-hardware automation complex, integrated in real-time with an automated control system, has been implemented. According to the results of the implementation of software and hardware components in the existing enterprise, conclusions were drawn about its suitability for industrial operation.
The structure of the cannedness control system is proposed. Modernization of the control of the seamer is justified by the use of the vision system to control the external parameters of the seaming canned seam and consists in tweaking the mechanisms of the seamer.
An automated control system has been developed for blasting and transporting uneven coal flows from working faces. To solve problems of ensuring uniform, uninterrupted operation of the technological equipment of the transport system, the complex of technical means of the automated transport management system includes sensors for the speed of movement of conveyors, the level of coal in bunkers, gathering of conveyor belts, range finders, controllers and for controlling the speed of conveyor, frequency converters.
In modern power supply systems with various types of consumers, it is important to know not only the current picture of the distribution of the load across the phases, but also to be able to make plans for the further development of the system, taking into account the impact on the network of new electrical receivers. If you know the history of the joint work of various consumers with each other, then it is possible to develop measures to reduce adverse factors, such as asymmetry, an increase in higher harmonics when new customers are commissioned.
