The article presents epidemiological data on the spread of antibiotic resistance in the pathology of the respiratory system in Russia and abroad. Revealed the main reasons for development of antibiotic resistance, describes modern approaches to antibacterial therapy of pulmonary pathology from the perspective of evidence-based medicine and possible ways to overcome antibiotic resistance.

Diabetes of the 2nd type is one of the most common diseases in the world. Currently, we have developed clear criteria for diagnosis, diagnosis and selection of treatment of this pathology. The article presents the main reference points for a General practitioner faced with this pathology.

Among all the varieties of eczema around the world and in Russia the leading position is a microbial eczema. The article presents the analysis of data on 77 patients with microbial eczema of varying severity who were treated in GBUZ «KVD» MZ KBR, Nalchik. It was found that among examined patients prevailed females aged 23 to 60 years. Most patients had disseminated form of the disease. The most common cause of disease was trauma and skin ulcers — dominated post-traumatic form of the disease. The overwhelming number of patients had torpid course of the disease with a large number of relapses. As a concomitant pathology was dominated by diabetes mellitus and vascular disease of the lower extremities. Inflammatory changes in the General analysis of blood and urine was one-third of patients. All patients in the hospital received antibiotics, desensitizing, restorative and symptomatic therapy. The article as illustrations presents the history of the disease in some patients.
