Today, it is necessary to develop a procedural normative act regulating the ways of implementing labor law norms. It should be the Labor Procedure Code of the Russian Federation. With the adoption of the CPC of the Russian Federation, a new branch of law may be born, namely labor procedural law, which exists as an independent branch in many countries with market economies. One of the main tasks of the emerging branch of law is to create real guarantees for the realization of workers’ labor rights.
The establishment of a quota for hiring disabled people for a long period of time retains the importance of one of the main measures of state support in the field of promoting the employment of such a category of citizens. Since 1995, this mechanism has undergone several stages of improvement. One of the last such significant changes is associated with the adoption in December 2023 of a new law on employment. However, the degree of efficiency of the quota remains in question. It was concluded that in conditions of an acute shortage of personnel, a shift in emphasis towards vocational training and additional vocational education for disabled people seems more attractive.
The article discusses current issues of the genesis of prosecutorial supervision over the observance of labor rights of citizens in the world in general and in Russia in particular until the twentieth century. The purpose of the work is to understand the stages and determinants of the development of this method of protecting the labor rights of citizens. As a result, the author comes to the conclusion that there is a dependence of the forms and methods of protecting the rights of workers by the prosecutor on the development of the legal understanding of the employee’s labor status and changes in the regulation of the activities of the prosecutor’s office, related both to the establishment of the place of the prosecutor’s office in the system of protection of labor rights and to changes in procedural legislation in the specified area. The results of the work are of scientific importance because they allow us to streamline knowledge about the application of state legal measures to protect the rights of workers, and are also significant for the development in the future of a system for effective protection of the labor rights of citizens by government agencies.
This article raises the problem of ensuring personnel security from the point of view of corporate fraud. In their work, the authors cite various types of corporate fraud, cites statistics, and discovers sources of internal and external threats. In addition, the article examines methodological studies of the past years, on the basis ofwhich the authors propose their own methodology for combating corporate fraud.
The paper provides to a comparative analysis of labor motivation systems on the example of such cosmeceutical enterprises as the Russian factory “Svoboda” and the French enterprise «L’Oréal Paris». The authors suggest the possibility of successful implementation of French methods of personnel management and motivation in Russian companies. The purpose of the study is to identify effective methods for building a motivation system taking into account the peculiarities of the mentality in Russia and France. The authors conduct a sociological analysis of the employee profile in both countries, and also consider the influence of mentality on motivation systems in these companies. The study focuses on intangible labor incentives and suggests that the features of the Russian mentality can be used as an advantage in building an effective motivation system. The object of the research is the motivation systems of personnel in Russia and France, and the subject is the influence of mentality on these systems. In the course of the research the analysis of existing methods in cosmetic companies is carried out and the strengths of the French motivation system which can be successfully adapted in Russian conditions are identified.
The article discusses the problem of motivating people with disabilities in their employment. It has been shown that motivation depends on external and internal factors, and in the case of disabled people, the influence of internal factors prevails, which is associated with the immersion of a person in himself due to illness. Surveys conducted for various target audiences showed that the main motive of people with disabilities is financial issues that allow them not to hang around their parents’ necks, but to independently solve many problems, incl. and their development. Various options for the development of motivation have been proposed, including the method of overcompensation for L.S. Vygotsky, which makes it possible to fundamentally solve the issue of employment.

The purpose of this article is to analyze the current state of the quality of labor resources in the Samara region in various institutions: from the point of view of the morbidity of the population, the activities of regional government authorities in the development of physical education and sports, the level of education of the population, etc. The source base consisted of official statistics, scientific publications, as well as a sociological study carried out in 2023 with the participation of the author of this article.
The problems of employment as a factor in reducing the shortage of personnel are studied on the example of the subjects of the Volga Federal District (hereinafter PFD). On the basis of comparative monitoring, the regions were ranked and their rating was determined by the level of employment and unemployment in the open labor market. Actual problems have been identified: the lack of balance between the supply and demand of labor, the discrepancy between the professional cross-section of vacancies and the professional qualification structure of unemployed citizens. The ratio of the declared vacancies and their need is 3.6 units. The features of the modern institutional environment based on the norms of law and the management system are revealed, the role of active forms of employment and additional measures of state support is revealed on the example of enterprises of the military-industrial complex. In order to further reduce the shortage of personnel, it is possible, according to the authors, on the basis of interdepartmental interaction between education, economics, labor and employment, as well as reducing informal (illegal) employment.
The article is devoted to the study of labor values and motivation of generation Z using an institutional-axiological approach. Generation Z, born in the era of digital technology and globalization, brings its unique values and expectations to the labor market, including with regard to the compensation package. This paper examines the relationship between compensation package satisfaction and Gen Z motivation using an institutional-axiological approach. This approach allows us to analyze the influence of social institutions and the system of values of generation Z on the formation of their attitude to remuneration for work.
