In article the questions connected with the legal initiatives of the International Labour Organization (ILO) announced within preparation for the 100 anniversary of the ILO celebrated in April, 2019 are considered. One of seven initiatives of century concerning the future of the sphere of work has to become the main activity of the ILO the forthcoming years. The contents of the national report «The future of the sphere of work in the Russian Federation are shown: a humanization, qualitative jobs, effective institutes», realized taking into account priorities and activities in the field of the social and labor relations.

In article the attempt of introduction to the domestic anti-corruption legislation of a concept of force majeure is analyzed. Results of a comparative and legal research of restrictions and bans testify to an imbalance of structural and system components in the organization of counteraction to abuses in public service. Criticizing «a commercial paradigm» of corruption, the author comes to a conclusion about the contradictory nature of legal support of personnel work on corruption prevention.
In article it will be a question that non-compliance with a form of the notice which is subject to submission to the appropriate territorial authority of executive power authorized in the sphere of migration, existence of the certain mistakes made by the employer at execution of the notice and its giving in territorial authority involves involvement of the perpetrator to administrative responsibility. As the author of article notes, the Supreme Court of the Russian Federation does not fi nd the bases for recognition of insignifi cance in this violation that forms the independent basis for release of the perpetrator from responsibility.
