This paper presents the results of a clinical observation of young athletes with ventricular extrasystoles (VE). Analysis of the research and activities carried out showed that some young athletes have increased levels of anti-cardiac antibodies, which indicates that myocarditis may have been transferred. Frequent ventricular premature beats in 67 % of cases were recorded during the recovery period on a stress test. A full detraining only 50 % of young athletes, with frequent ventricular extrasystole, leads to its regression. Among the cases of life-threatening ventricular arrhythmias (including ventricular tachycardia) identified on the stress test, 85 % belonged to young athletes after a viral infection (1–2 weeks) and who had residual disease, but have already started training. In the ongoing surveys after complete recovery such arrhythmia was not recorded.
