Article summarises the data concerning epidemiology, etiology and main steps of pathogenesis of rapidly progressive glomerulonephritis. Five main immunopathogenetic types of extracapillary glomerulonephritis are shown, clinical manifestations, prognosis and influence of treatment at the outcome of the disease are also shown here. Clinical example, proving diagnostical difficulties of the disease is introduced as an illustration for abovementioned information.
The given work represents the basic hypotheses for ethiology and pathogenesis of adrenogenital syndrome in women; studies diagnostic standards at inspection of patients with suspicion on this pathology; acquaints with principles of treatment of theese disorders.
The objective is to study relevant aspects of application of low frequency electrostatic fields in clinical practice. In the article the characteristics of low-frequency electrostatic field, summarized information related to various areas of application of this method of treatment in clinical practice.
The article describes the case of generalized amyloidosis in a patient with a chronic form of tofus gout with the formation of the terminal stage of chronic renal failure.
Young competitive athletes are widely regarded as a special subgroup of healthy people who seem invulnerable to us and are often capable of extraordinary physical achievements. The cardiovascular system of the athlete adapts to greater loads by increasing the heart mass with certain morphological changes in the cardiac circulation, which represents a physiological adaptation to systematic training. However, the clinical profile of the cardiovascular system of athletes of power sports has not been sufficiently studied and is of interest to sports physicians and clinicians.
Evidence about the negative effects of low status of vitamin D on bone health to date is contradictory. Majority of research does not show a protective effect of high levels of vitamin D with respect to broad spectrum of diseases not related to musculoskeletal disorders. Further studies are needed to clarify the questions concerning, in particular, whether increased consumption of vitamin D have a preventive effect on osteoporosis.
The differences in mathematical models of successful sports activity gymnastsartists of different skill levels (masters of sports of international class, masters of sports, candidates sport-masters), allowing to make a prediction and selects athletes to high level competitions. Obtained functional parameters that determine the prognostic model gymnasts artists: indicators of heart rate variability in systolic and diastolic blood pressure, reduce the dependence of the rate of change of these parameters from the low range and highperformance parts of the spectrum of heart rate, systolic and diastolic blood pressure. The differences between functional indicators and their interaction in gymnasts-artists of different levels of sports qualification are established: for athletes MSMK is characterized by high "density" and "stiffness" of inter-system interrelations of physiological systems indicators that underlies the phenomenon of mobilization of regulatory and functional systems of the organism and, in the final result, allows you to have high sports results. Gymnasts MSMK have a high ability to resist fatigue in the test of mental performance in the performance of intense mental work at a constant speed. Gymnasts MSMK have advantages in the stabilometric test: "Target" and in the test the stability in the Romberg position on the left leg. For the construction of a predictive model of the success of competitive activity, indicators reflecting the activity of the systemic level of nervous regulation of heart rhythms, systolic and diastolic pressures, and the range of high and low frequencies of the heart rhythm spectrum were used. On the basis of the correlation-regressive analysis, the factors-factors for constructing the mathematical prognostic model were selected: the parameters of the nervous regulation of the heart rhythm, systolic and diastolic arterial pressure, the range of low and high frequencies of the heart rhythm spectrum of systolic and diastolic blood pressure. The greatest differences in the plotting of regression plot curves were found in the rate of change in the LF/HF>n.u and LFS / HFS>n.u values from the values of the low-frequency range of the heart rate spectrum and systolic blood pressure (LFn.u and LFS>n.u) and the inverse Parameters from the values of the parameters of the high-frequency range of the heart rate spectrum and systolic and diastolic blood pressure (HF>n.u; HFS>n.u; HFDn>n.u).
