The article deals with monitoring and diagnostics systems of technical condition of transformer equipment for the organization of continuous diagnostics, protection and complex control of the state of power transformers in the mode of constant monitoring. Allowing reducing the economic costs associated with the organization of diagnostic monitoring. The information obtained from the installed devices is used to build when forming a General diagnostic conclusion about the technical condition of the various subsystems of the power transformer.

The application of this method is considered on the example of electrical installations diagnostics of Belgorod electric networks, which is carried out using Flir i50 thermal imagers.
The article is devoted to the diagnosis of partial discharges of generators stator windings in order to prevent an emergency failure. As a result of the diagnostics performed on one of the generators, it was possible to identify dynamically developing partial discharges and prevent the stator winding accident.
The article presents the results of a theoretical analysis regarding the choice of the effective frequency of the source as applied to microwave processing of a layer of a dielectric medium with electromagnetic field losses of high (HF) and ultrahigh (microwave) frequencies. It is recommended to evaluate the frequency efficiency by the magnitude of the microwave power transmitted to a certain depth. A relative efficiency coefficient of microwave power transmitted to the depth is introduced, taking into account the electrophysical properties of the medium and the parameters of the electromagnetic wave.
The article discusses the basic principles that must be taken into account when developing a process control system for microwave seed treatment, and also proposes a technological scheme of a microwave plant for treating seeds in a layer under an emitter on a moving conveyor belt and an algorithm for microprocessor control of matching a microwave source with a load.
The issue of increasing the accuracy of calculation the heat transfer coefficient from the fermentable organic substrate to the wall of thermally insulated digester of biogas station, characterized by significant nominal volume and a presence of mixing system of periodic action, is investigated. The procedure of accurate determination of this value is proposed. As an example, the calculation results for the digester having a nominal capacity of 5,000 cubic meters are provided.
