In given article the algorithm of carrying out of a specific assessment of working conditions meaning the influence of the chemical factor in the medical organisations in connection with the Federal law from 12/28/2013 № 426-FZ «About a specific assessment of working conditions» coming into force and which has replaced the workplaces' certification by their special assessment is presented.

Questions of professional safety of nursing staff on a workplace define a level of quality of labor life of experts and are the most important indicator of quality of the provided medical care. In this regard there is actual a question of means of professional protection of average health workers and observance of rules of professional safety by them.

Standardization, by definition of International Standardization Organization (ISO), is an activity for finding solutions for recurrent tasks in the sphere of science, technics, economics, etc., aimed at the achievement of optimal orderliness degree in the certain sphere. Standardization in health care sphere is multi-sided and non-interrupting process, taking all sides and directions of activity, it is the most important element of modernization of organization and management of medical services sphere, providing complex development by means of united approaches to planning, norming, licensing, accreditation and certification; objective control of medical services quality; effective use of resources; modernization of diagnostic and treatment process; integration of national health care into world medical practice. Exactly for this reason medical standardization is the priority-oriented direction of modern evolution for medical services sphere in economically developed countries in the world.

The article deals with the organization of information-analytical system in urban polyclinic number 15 Samara – one of the leading outpatient medical organizations of the Samara region. The article is devoted to the results of the experimental implementation of the system of distance learning in the private clinics. The study demonstrated the possibility of using such system to assess the initial level of knowledge of physicians, as well as for continuing professional development of medical personnel. This is evidence of its potential as a technology to achieve competitive advantages of private clinic.

Article is devoted to the analysis of development of drug treatment system of patients with alcoholic dependence in the Russian Federation. Efficiency of various antialcoholic campaigns on an indicator of incidence of alcoholism is estimated. Tendencies of development of therapeutic interventions, in particular, a technique of compulsory treatment and "coding" are described. The conclusion that necessary lessons aren't learned from history of antialcoholic campaigns and of therapeutic intervention applied decades so far is drawn, adequate outcomes aren't drawn. It is recommended to reconsider the principles of therapy of alcoholism in the Russian Addiction Medicine, proceeding from canons of evidence based medicine.
