The interview considers issues related to the peculiarities of development of education in the Republic of Kazakhstan over the years of independence, the specifics of Karaganda State Technical University, where mainly technical specialists study, the difficulties of reforming higher education in the situation of entering the Bologna process and joining the common European educational space. The problems associated with the massifi cation of higher education, with the level of preparation of applicants, assessed by the results of the Unified National Testing (similar to the Russian Unified State Exam) also were the subject of discussion. Considerable attention in the conversation was devoted to the problem of the development of higher education in the Republic of Kazakhstan in the context of rapid technological growth in the leading countries of the world and the need to train specialists who would meet all modern requirements.
This article highlights contemporary problems of studying the Russian language, as well as possible diffi culties in teaching it. The author shows that the complex of the actor's stage movements, that is his plasticity, depends on many reasons. It includes organic, natural potential as well. A.S. Demidova proposes to distinguish between conditional and unconditional plasticity of the actor. Unconditional plasticity is the one that is given to man from birth. Some kind of “plastic image” already lies in the very appearance of any person. Conditional plasticity means acquired one. The article deals with both these sides of the professional characteristics of the stage actor. It is shown that the actor creatively forms the role in relation to time, as he also creatively masters the space in which he acts.

The article is devoted to the concept of globalization by A.I. Shendrik, who believed that economics and culture are connected, and therefore Russia needs to boost and develop its economy, culture, education, respect for the native language, to unite with other countries. He also believed that a historic moment might come when the Russians would again become the bearers of the ideas of the highest good and freedom of the human spirit and Russia would lead a new humane globalization. At the same time, the author shows the views of A.I. Shendrik as objective, not derogating the positive impact of globalization.
The author shows that colour acts as an expression of emotions, experiences and aspirations of a group, nationality, nation. Both humans and animals distinguish colour characteristics, but it is for humans that it is a characteristic way of perceiving the reality around us and conveying our obvious or subconscious moods. The article shows that, on the one hand, colour vision is the same for all people, but it has not only individual content, but it is also differently mediated by culture. The article considers the phenomenon of plagiarism as a process of using someone else's intellectual property as a moral and ethical problem in journalism in particular. The authors show that plagiarism is not only illegal borrowing of someone else's material, but also an evidence that imitator doesn’t have necessary personal qualities for creating a unique product.
